Shipping & Returns

Every Lidpet piece is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be shipped, which means a little patience up front but zero waste on the back end.

Production & Shipping Times

Orders take about 2–7 business days to print and prepare, then 3–10 business days to arrive depending on your location. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves production.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is printed specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns for size or preference changes — so double-check your size chart before ordering. That said, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or refund. Just email us with a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery.
